The oceanfront view was breathtaking, and the kitchenette was handy for quick meals. The parking garage is extremely tight, causing some maneuvering issues.

The beachfront location was perfect, quick access to the beach. The staff was friendly. The indoor pool was underwhelming and a bit dirty. Parking garage is tight, and we struggled with the tight turns. The games room was a great bonus for kids.

Super cozy spot! Great first-floor room with ocean view and direct access to the beach. Loved the big bathtub for a relaxing soak. The kitchen was handy and had all the basics. Friendly staff made everything easy. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking was a breeze, even with my big van. The whole vibe was just perfect.

I absolutely loved being just steps away from the beach and the vibrant boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy morning strolls along the shore and grab a bite at local spots like Sunnyside Cafe, which is only a 3-minute walk away, plus there are plenty of other restaurants nearby, including Waterman's, just a short 2-minute walk. My room had a fantastic oceanfront view, and the beds were super comfortable, providing the perfect cozy spot after a day of exploring, but I did find the air conditioning a bit tricky to adjust.

The view from the oceanfront suite was stunning. A private balcony offered a cozy space to unwind. The kitchenette was impressively stocked, absolutely perfect for a relaxed stay. Bed comfort stood out—clean, with no carpeting to trap sand. Staff were welcoming, eager to assist, and genuinely friendly, offering great recommendations. On the downside, the indoor pool was disappointing, lacking cleanliness and towels. Parking was tight, and noise from neighboring guests was disruptive. Housekeeping was minimal, which may not suit everyone. Basic amenities fell short, particularly for families. Still, the positives, particularly the helpful staff and well-appointed suite, encourage a return visit. Improvements could elevate the experience significantly.

The ocean view from my balcony was mesmerizing! I loved spending time in the indoor pool and hot tub after a long day at the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay feel special.

The ocean view is amazing and it truly makes up for a lot. The staff is super friendly and can even text to solve problems quickly.
The toilet had a mind of its own, running every few minutes.

The sunrise views over the ocean were breathtaking, and the cozy suite comfortably accommodated our large family. The close proximity to family-friendly attractions made it a memorable vacation spot.
In my wife's opinion, the resort could benefit from offering a more extensive children's menu at the on-site restaurant for picky eaters.

I was really disappointed with the condition of the place. The balcony doors wouldn’t budge, the fridge was completely off-kilter, and the bathroom felt like it was made for ants. Honestly, it threw off our entire stay!

We also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, making it convenient for us to enjoy a hot beverage whenever we wanted. The sitting area provided a cozy spot to relax, and the patio offered a lovely view of the beach. Although the free wi-fi in the rooms was a nice addition, it was a bit spotty at times, which made it challenging to stay connected. On the downside, we found the lack of free toiletries in the room a bit disappointing, as we had to purchase some essentials ourselves. The cookware and kitchen utensils were basic and could use an upgrade to enhance the cooking experience. The flat-screen TV was a decent size and offered a variety of channels for entertainment. the carpeted floor seemed a bit worn out and could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement. One feature we appreciated was the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel staff, making it easy for us to plan our activities during our stay.

The suite was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that provided great support. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning, and the air conditioning was excellent, a must for anyone who suffers from hot flashes. I appreciated the small kitchenette for making snacks. the bathroom’s garden tub was awkward to enter, lacking assist bars. Noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms was disruptive at night. While the indoor pool and fitness center were nice amenities, maintenance issues were noticeable. the location was excellent, although larger vehicles may find parking a challenge.

Had a great time by the ocean, enjoying the balcony views and beachcombing. The sauna, steam room, and hot tub were a relaxing bonus. The staff, especially the short, grey-haired man, were friendly and quick to help, even with replacing a stove top.
The beds were terribly uncomfortable, causing restless nights. Noise from monster trucks unexpectedly disrupted our stay, blocking the beach and revving engines early in the morning.

My friends and I had a blast at Busch Gardens Williamsburg – rides were lit! Then we chilled in our sick apartment, it was lit too, fit all 6 of us. Later hit Ocean Beach Club – fancy vibes, fam. My crew and I were living our best lives!
Wish they had a pulsing nightclub on-site for us teens to party at 'til dawn! .

The wide range of attractions, indoor and rooftop swimming pools, and easy access to eateries made for a memorable vacation. Can't have enough fun staying at a place where even the fitness center is spacious enough to dance around!

Beach Quarters Resort offers fantastic beachfront access, allowing me to enjoy stunning sunrises with coffee on the balcony. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, and the staff were generally helpful, accommodating my request to change rooms without any fuss. lack of free breakfast was a letdown.

Loved walking to nearby restaurants and shopping; the location is fantastic. the studio layout was awkward—the tub's high edge made getting in and out tricky. Parking was tight due to maintenance, plus the rooftop restaurant was closed without notice. Minor inconveniences aside, the atmosphere and accessibility to the beach made it a memorable stay. Just next time, I’d opt for a one-bedroom suite on a higher floor for more comfort.

If you're looking for a fantastic beach escape, Beach Quarters Resort has got you covered! We had a delightful stay as adventure travelers, and the amenities were top-notch. The rooftop tennis court and indoor heated pool were fantastic ways to stay active and have fun. The hot tub, sauna, and steam room were perfect for relaxation. The gym with ocean views provided motivation during workouts. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a spacious layout. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay.
There was one hiccup during our stay. We were given the wrong room initially, and the Jacuzzi tub wasn't working.

we had a great experience at beach quarters resort. we stayed in a first floor room with direct access to the beach, and the view of the ocean was amazing. the suite had a fully stocked kitchen, and the staff were friendly and attentive. we enjoyed the planned activities for kids and had access to two pools, including a rooftop pool with a bar. the location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and we were able to walk to the boat pier for water sports.

Great oceanfront suite with fully stocked kitchen, beach towel provided, on-site indoor and rooftop pools, family-friendly activities, and walking distance to boat pier and attractions nearby.
Felt privileged, nothing to complain about.
